Based in Kent ,Gravity Care Services offers care and support within service users homes based on personalised care plans for each service user which meets their identified needs. CQC registered, the service is owned and run by 3 Directors with a combined 63 years of nursing, management, and supervision of staff, developing and implementing policies and structures. Our Carers are known to go the extra mile in ensuring that individuals feel empowered, engaged, and cared for. Our person centred approach to care maximises service users choice, control, independence and quality of life.
What we do
Home Care
We are CQC registered providers for Personal Care for adults aged 65+ with any personal care needs irrespective of their personal characteristics. We provide domiciliary care and also supervise you while you undertake these activities yourself or give you advice and encouragement as required. Our home care service is available to individuals with varying degree of needs/support including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic or terminal illness. We work in partnership with you, your family, health and social care professionals to ensure that all your needs are met.
Supported Living
We provide a CQC regulated Personal Care supported living service for individuals with Autism & Learning Disabilities aged 18-65. Our person-centred approach to care maximises service user’s choice, independence, control and quality of life. The supported living premises in Swanley, Kent accommodates up to four individuals and is within a 1-2mile radius from local amenities. We work closely with service user’s family, significant others, their case workers and other health and social work professionals to ensure holistic care & collaboration.
